Return shipping: customer-paid unless we made an error or a defect is confirmed
Start a return (fast)
Email info@nestinaccess.com with your Order #, what you’re returning, and a short reason. We’ll reply with step-by-step instructions and, if needed, an RMA plus the correct return address. Please don’t send anything without authorization.
Packing checklist
Use original packaging when you can. Include chargers, tools, freebies/bundles, and place your order number inside the box for quicker processing.
Exchanges
Prefer a different model or size? Ask for an exchange within the 60-day window (subject to availability). We’ll guide you to the quickest route.
Refund timing
Once the return arrives, allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Most banks/card issuers post funds within 3–7 business days after we process them.
Cancellations
Cancel before shipment for a refund minus a 5% processing fee (non-recoverable payment costs). Orders that have shipped must be returned under this policy.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect deliveries
Report issues within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the packaging and product (if damaged) plus your order number—we’ll fix it.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first; disputes filed without notice can slow resolution. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
