Shipping Policy

Effective: October 26, 2025

Where we deliver

United States only (including many APO/FPO addresses when carrier-eligible). We don’t currently offer international shipping.

Processing timeline

Most orders leave our facility within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, holidays excluded). Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Pacific Time typically begin processing the same day.

Estimated transit times (U.S.)

  • Standard: about 4–8 business days after dispatch

  • Expedited: about 3–6 business days after dispatch
    These are estimates; weather, peak seasons, or carrier delays can extend delivery.

Rates & promotions

Options and costs appear at checkout. From time to time we offer free-shipping promotions; details will show on product or cart pages.

Tracking & split shipments

We email tracking once a label is created. First scans can take up to 48 hours to appear. Multi-item orders may ship in separate boxes—each with its own tracking number.

Address issues & returns to sender

Verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package returns as undeliverable or due to an address error, we’ll help reship it and may charge a re-delivery fee.

In-transit loss or damage

If a parcel arrives damaged—or seems lost—contact us within 7 days of the marked (or expected) delivery date. Include your order number, photos (if damaged), and a short description so we can act quickly.
