1) Your agreement with us
Using or purchasing from Nestinaccess means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please do not use the Services.
2) Eligibility & accounts
You must be 18+ (or the age of majority where you live). Keep your login safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account. Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
3) Orders, pricing & payment
You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected method for the order total, taxes, and shipping. We may cancel or limit orders for suspected fraud, errors, or availability constraints; cancelled orders are promptly refunded. We can correct obvious pricing/content mistakes—even after submission—by cancelling and refunding or by requesting your instructions.
4) Shipping, title & risk of loss
See our Shipping Policy for options and timelines. Title and risk pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier.
5) Returns & refunds

6) Content you submit (reviews, photos, Q&A)
By submitting content, you grant Nestinaccess a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it in connection with the Services. Don’t submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful material.
7) Prohibited conduct
No illegal activity, malware, scraping, service interference, IP infringement, impersonation, harassment, or deceptive practices.
8) Intellectual property
Except for user content, site materials are owned by Nestinaccess or its licensors and protected by IP laws. Don’t copy, adapt, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
9) Disclaimers
Except as expressly stated in our Warranty Policy, the Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all other warranties, express or implied.
10) Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Nestinaccess will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability won’t exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) at issue.
11) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
12) Changes
We may update these Terms and/or the Services at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13) Governing law & venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington State, with exclusive venue in Pierce County, Washington.
